Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us at info@batheincouture.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will be happy to assist and work toward a resolution.
