Shipping Policy – Bathe in Couture

Responsibility Disclaimer

Once your order has been shipped, Bathe in Couture is no longer responsible or liable for your package. We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of USPS.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away at info@batheincouture.com with photos and order details so we can assist you.

All orders are shipped via USPS. To resolve issues related to delivery, please contact USPS directly using your tracking information, which you can access via your Track My Order link.


Processing Time, Tracking & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Your estimated delivery date = purchase date + 1–3 business days (processing) + USPS transit time.

  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee (when applicable).

  • All shipping rates are calculated directly by USPS at checkout based on your location β€” we do not control USPS shipping rates or fees.


Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to double-check and confirm the shipping address at checkout.

  • Shipping labels are auto-generated based on the address submitted at the time of purchase.

  • We do not manually edit addresses, so errors due to incorrect or outdated information are not the responsibility of Bathe in Couture.

  • If your order has not shipped yet and an address change is needed, contact us immediately at info@batheincouture.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in process.


In-Transit Delays

Once your package is in transit, shipping delays can occur and are completely outside of our control. Please understand that:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

  • Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS, and we have access to the same tracking information as you.

  • A delay in movement does not necessarily mean your package is lost. We kindly ask for your patience while USPS completes the delivery.
